MiFotos stores account information and the content you choose to upload so the service can provide private media storage, family spaces, events, time capsules, galleries, sharing and related features.
Access and sharing
Content is private unless you grant access through family membership, permissions, a shared link, an event/capsule flow, or Trusted Access. Shared links can be revoked and may be protected with an expiry or password.
Security records
MiFotos may record login, access and audit events needed for security, troubleshooting and permission enforcement. IP information may be stored in reduced/prefix form where supported.
Your data controls
Signed-in users can export supported account data and can request account deletion from Settings. Deletion requests include a cancellation period and administrative review before the deletion worker runs.
Production review
This product-facing policy must be reviewed and adapted to the operator’s final hosting, retention, payment, analytics and legal requirements before public production launch.
